If a business thinks “IT”, “IT” will happen
Friends I am talking about the big “F WORD “Failure” is just not an option, ok so the economy is tough and it is.
Economic News
An article out today makes a claim based on a survey taken that 65% of all businesses surveyed said they might or will fail in 2011, these are not true business owners with PASSION and Logic finds this way of thinking inexcusable.
This “Failure” word is not an entrepeurial way of thinking.
Logic will even share that in the last 4 down economies including the famous 1973 inflationary hike, I have lived through and this one is the toughest.
Logic hears this each day
Oh I am so scared, bla, bla, bla.
My usual logical answer, stand up business owners, get tough, be focused and alter your business, take it into a new direction if need be but do not just stand around letting the tough economic climate dictate your demise.
This of course would include changing our personal lifestyles reducing expenses though painful you can expect two benefits to arise from this lifestyle adjustment.

Is business slow?
Get out from behind your desk.
Walk out of your retail business.
Never say oh well, it is a slow economy, so everyone is going through this, you would be wrong.
They, some actually many businesses are not going through these slow economic times at all.
Logic can attest
Business for us, it is not slow, it is growing day by day client by client, it is not a cake walk clients demand more attention, so give it to them, we actually enjoy client interaction at Viper Logic. It beats the alternative.
A true confession
Logic must confess, through my mentor and father you must have a focus, do not scatter you our your resources too thin, you might not make to the finish line because you’ll more then likely burn though all of your energies to early in the race.
Offering what people want
People and buyers they are out there though not as plentiful as when most people thought they were rich but actually were not, you need to have what people are more needing then wanting because that is just the current business climate that will be around for a few decades in our opinion.
Getting people aware of you and your offerings
Today’s article is not an article to try to sell my fellow business owners and operators our email-marketing service but rather a day to share that you are not alone and that you have friends, in fact you can count Logic as your friend if you wish.
Hit the bricks
Get out and promote your business and your product or services be it at the local chamber, through a low cost ad mail out, a neighborhood flier handout, utilize our email-marketing service, be more proactive with your website and the social networks and all of that hyped stuff, or go to events where your type of business is having functions.
Marketing on a shoe string
None of these ideas need to cost you a fortune just keep an eye on your (ROI) Return On Investment but sitting around doing nothing is identical to admitting the no, no word of business operators, FAILURE. “IT” this word is just not an option.

Though we made our cost cutting moves in January 2008 and again in June 2008 and again in March 2009 we had our expenses under control, forcing us to work more per person at Viper Logic home to Viper Mailer the savoir of our business that is an email-marketing service.

We knew in March 2006 that the ride of easy credit and buying things just to buy them had come to and end, we further knew that a recovery would come, somewhere between 2012 and 2014.
This led our leading board member and director to curve our expenses, wisely so, we might add.
