Those early days when clients signed up to help us, and are now very valued friends says Chief Technology Officer Patrick E. Lara, and that these were some brave soldiers to allow us to utilize them and their customers as live real time testers of the ViperMailer Email Marketing Service.
The clients even paid, even though there were glitches at first the results well offset the occasional frustrations Mr. Lara went on to say. In fact these first clients each and everyone of them are still regular monthly clients utilizing the Viper Mailer system.

Over the first one and a half years following the intual release of ViperMailer.com while allowing our paying clients to utilize the service, these clients shared their thoughts, ideas, and financial results with us ROI (Return On Investment) along the way.
We sure are thankful for our clients and the patients with us at Viper Logic.
There were a lot of corrections, thoughts, suggestions, and wish list items provided to us that ultimately were added as features and have lead to the release of the Email Marketing 2.0 enhanced product.

We have had and continue to have such an educational relationship with our clients by adding updates to the ViperMailer.com system. What is amazing is how we have been doing these updates, and will continue doing updates, while running this product as a live system.
Providing updates while running a live system is and can be risky, however it is the most effective way to grow a product in its natural state preventing any errors compared to doing a bunch of modifications and updates then relaunching the web site service. Doing it live keeps the current clients right on the absolute leading edge of what is available to them in the E-Marketing world as well as it keeps the clients from being exposed to many changes or additional features all at once.
