The peninsula is a heavily wooded area and the streets are for scenic purposes that remind us all that life after work is a time to enjoy and smell the redwoods in this case. Even though the area is a small spread out density town city it has a 22 acre park the Holbrook-Palmer Park which is a lot of park for a small town city.
