It has a lot to do with the state being young with on the go activities, perfect weather, within an hour or so to skiing, snow boarding, boating, surfing, skim boarding, swimming entertainment, shopping, sports, dining and on and on.

Logic thinks that California is also the best location to start a business, and except for taxes a great place to retire, because there is so much to do all of the time that will keep you young.

California has TV shows and particularly in the Southern California, like a few from MTV the famous music video television network targeting the tween to early twenty somethings as their primary audience. The characters sharing their growing up California experiences and those things that go on with young people in their real lives MTV The Hill filmed on location in Beverly Hills, California.
The reason we are mentioning these is these MTV shows are broadcast globally showing the finest scenery, views, homes, cars, people, etc.

There is also MTV’s The OC and Newport Harbor Newport Harbor The OC filmed on location in Orange County California in Newport Beach and the Newport Beach Harbor and Back Bay.

Here is what MTV is all about MTV Music Video Television and Logic remembers when MTV started as I watched it with my brother Randy a Laguna Beach resident who voices his opinion about the filming of The OC as did most residents in Laguna Beach, however further research into the viewers of The OC showed Logic that more local residents watched the show to see if they, their car, their home, or their favorite hangout was in the series.

This is a relatively small city but it is located in one of our most popular agricultural areas because of the famous wine grapes grown, bottled, and tasted in the county that are known and drank all over the world.
The most well known winery Logic can think about and comes to mind because this winery creates a wine in a joint venture with the French famous Rothschild where the two founders Baron Rothschild and Robert Mondavi blended two grapes together to create Opus One a truly Logic favorite.
