What to do in and around Atascadero, California.
This a great climate to explore as the area being inland from Pismo Beach you know where you can drive near the all white natural sand dunes that although they look just like sand dunes from being in a desert these are located right on the Pacific Ocean. They welcome those all to fun ATV’s (All Terrain Vehicles) here as well.
Atascadero has a zoo as you can see in the image above. This zoo is named the Charles Paddock Zoo. With over 95 acres of parks right in Atascadero you can really have a great time meet kind local people. There are three boating lakes in the area so enjoy some inland water activities as well.
