Since the dawn of time, according to history the ever standing alone traveling pitchman has been in the lives of humans spanning the globe and pitching mostly what we do not need and were not even really wanting for, until you were persuaded into becoming a believer. History summarized of the modern day pitchmen
In our current times, there is mass media providing the ability to pitch STUFF to more people from a single location but in the early days there were the “Snake Oil” Salesmen and the traveling entertainment venues that would travel from town to town selling you on this and selling you on that idea, product or service.
With media came the infamous characters of our modern times for trust me, products and services surely enough to boggle the mind of the unsuspecting consumer. That hype towards its current run, that began its ending in March 2006 and continues the gradual slide through the toughest economy many a man and woman have ever lived through, will surely bring ot more of the hyper salesmen like we have not ever seen.
Perhaps when this slowdown is all said and done, we will have lived or scraped by through a worse time then the “Great Depression??? a time that gets a lot of attention and comparisons these days, as if that 1929 through most of the entire 1940’s global slowdown and meltdown is something we cannot surpass today, do not BANK on a worse depression not happening.
Society thinks it is smarter today then 1929
So you know we do, look we have the answers to everything and like our own governments teach us, if you are not sure use some giant words and make up the story as you go along, hopefully things will look or actually, by accident get better along the way.

The “jones effect??? takes hold.
My phone or watch is better then your watch all of the while neither party had enough money to really afford that purchase, so along came the number one pitch in the history of mankind the easy credit do not worry you can pay later, or refinance and buy that car, boat, plane or watch.
