We know these facts from living along the Pacific Ocean coastline of Southern California, that when a restaurant is located on the north side of Pacific Coast Highway the food and service are steady and generally two to three time better and prices are equally reasonable thought still higher then say a restaurant in the inland desert regions of the state.
