American’s will not stand up for anything

America is becoming more communist each day
Look Logic needs to explain a few facts about why even I am concerned about what is becoming of our country and this comes from a middle ages person who has produced no carbon footprints that means I will live a while longer with no concerns about how my children’s future will fair because Logic does not have any, this means I am staying true to our environment besides to much importance is placed on continuing ones legacy. Logic does stay true to our country by paying my taxes so that I have one freedom protected for us mostly by the media the Freedom of Speech.

We are the country of freedom but the freedoms we so dearly enjoy but will not stand up for are leaving us one item at a time as they are gradually being taken away from us all and it appears we are not willing or uneducated about what we can do about it.

Fellow Americans listen, you are being told more then you are deciding for yourself
The government is made up of those that represent you and I at least the is the principal of our system though it truly has become a rich and famous game with lobbyist but I am not here to write about what has become of the system, I am here to remind us all that this is our country and we need to take back some of the controls and this starts with disciplining your not so perfect child by becoming less of a friend and return to being more of a parent so stop coming a running to your child’s mistakes and defending them because they will not grow up correctly with timeouts and helicopter parenting all I ask is that you look back on your childhood and remember how you were taught to respect your elders and be responsible. If we continue on this course your children will comply with each command they are given from authority or be in grave trouble for not complying and like I said it is no skin off of Logic’s back because I do nor does anyone close to me including family have any carbon footprints in effecting my life.

Parents here is your Logical closing thought
One more thought for you parents if your child is on a sports team and they do not win they are not awarded for that like you have it today they are a looser at that one thing big deal, it builds strength to do better at something else and in my opinion it builds on their character. Look at it like this scenario, you run for President of the United States and you do not win the election what are you rewarded? Your not getting anything directly, you lost period.

More Governmental Policing laws hit the books
Children under 18 have a curfew true, do we need the government to decide this for you? This includes not being able to operate a motor vehicle from 10 PM until 5 AM. Parents look into the mirror you are in part the cause of our own police state of raising your children. Your child can do no wrong my fxxxing ass, can you not see back that when you were your childs age all of the wrong you did maybe even over and over again and you were disciplined by your parents not the police or school and now the Federal Government is stepping up these efforts in part because America employs way to much law enforcement excluding Homeland Security.

No Smoking anywhere
No Drinking and driving
No Drugs that should not be illegal and would not be if the Government could figure out how to collect the taxes on them
No Walking the Dog without a leach then a poop bag next not here and not there ever
No Walking the Dog on the beaches
No Drinking on Beaches no at least in most of Logic’s state of California
No Cell Phone use in cars no
No Text Messaging under the age of 18 is coming next while driving

No article on control freaks could be complete without mentioning the environmentalists
Like the media industry is responsible to your freedom of speech, so to does the environmentalists as they are viewed by us as an industry with a policing force and have a large powerful lobby group and these people want to save and protect everything except they do not want to truly sacrifice anything in their own lifestyles because to truly do that in my opinion they would need to walk and never drive, they would need to have produced no carbon footprints, they would not smoke, would not have a yard that uses water or carbon burning electricity etc. 

Next there is within each city these days a preservation committee
To keep this portion of the story short I will provide one example within our own city of Palm Springs, California where we have a large group of historic sites protectionism going on. You work hard spend your hard earned money to buy land or to buy and existing property only to have these people get organized and come after you to protect this house because some famous person went to the bathroom in this house or this business but what Logic clearly sees is that these people want this, they get it there way a lot of the time to protect this property from being altered or taken down but what they seem to not do or be willing to do is buy it for themselves and have it their way and Logic calls this putting your money where you mouth or heart is? 

What a few of the true problems in America
Number One
In my opinion it is that we have all became to politically correct and it really shows in fact recently Logic has began to express how Logic feels truthfully about others instead of being nice an politically correct and to share with you it makes me feel a whole lot better and at peace with myself for being honest. Besides we have a double standard society where Imus in the Morning calls a group of black basket ball players a bunch of nappy headed hores and who knows maybe they are because I personally could give a shxt but on the other hand on live TV as well Jesse Jackson a reverend can wish that he could cut the balls off of Barack HUSSEIN Obama and I could give a rats ass here as well I am not a fan of our current candidates, however nothing is done about it, in fact his statement (desire) barely received any coverage at all if you compare the two and before you say it it is not as much as what was said as how it was said the Imus said it in passing so he should be President then where Jesse said it like a prison inmate with great intention.

My point here is neither one of these men said anything we all do not think if we are truly honest with ourselves which Logic is hoping we still are as it is still one of our freedoms apparently to think something nasty so long as we do not say it out loud. 

Number Two
We American’s are doing one other thing that actually makes Logic ill and that is how we are seemingly willing to accept less in our lives and how we justify it day in and day out almost as if we are lying to ourselves and that is our quality of life there seems to be a feeling of hopelessness and if a person makes say 50,000 to 100,000 dollars a year we are content to say that is good and if we can only afford a 32” inch flat panel LCD television instead of the 120” inch one that is fine.

We used to fight in our work to provide the best we could for our families and though today if you look at the children and how they tend to have everything they want for it came at the price of using credit, because credit is to easy but like the economic times we are in are a healthy adjustment that will have pain for most of us including those material items that our children had to have so we hope you feel that this way about the debt you (not Logic) are now all in because these debts will take until 2012 through 2014 depending on your net worth level to finalize in our opinion.

Please stand up work more, save more, provide more, educate yourself more, “Just do it Nike” says pay the price now to do better or pay for not doing better the rest of your life then when you are older (some of us sooner then later) you can sit around a bar when you can afford a drink or two and talk about what could have been, only if I had, done this or that so I honestly hope this message gets through to you because life can begin to be better for you starting today. It will take dedication and passion for you to previal and be all you can be.

Peanuts are not the problem
This is more then just losing your nuts because once again you are being told what you and your children are going to do, or you are going to get into big trouble. Reading a resent article about peanuts is making Logic nuts and here is why. All of the sudden you are prohibited to bring or be served peanuts in the schools of America this just after nuts are removed from all aircraft flights in America, we find this (and so does radio shock jock Adam Carolla here Radio Talk Show Adam Carolla agrees) amazing because if you look at underdeveloped nations (we call them what they are 3rd world nations) are feed peanut mixed protein to keep them alive with not a single reported allergic reaction to the nuts ever documented so why is it that a few and apparently a growing number of children have allergic reactions to peanuts so those who fly or go to an American school the use of nuts is illegal and it would not surprise Logic if you attempt to enter an aircraft or school you will meet the same fait as trying to bring a gun on board or into school.

Your Coffee then might be the next illegal scenario
Here is a stretch today that might not be too far off in the near future because caffeine drives your stimulus and more young children then ever drink the laboratory altered product produced by your favorite coffee corporations and this might make the youth go off on teachers and fellow students because the brain becomes over stimulated kind of like what chocolate does to a pre-teens brain when they eat to much chocolate.
There is one other concerning subject that makes coffee a candidate for government reform and that is the coffee grounds the waste from making coffee on a mass scale like corporations and individuals produce are just dropped into the trash bins that end up in our land fills is going to if it is not already making its way into our drinking water through the ground and we will in the not so far future be drinking caffeine whether you want to our not.

It is the best of times to speak up my fellow American’s
When this coffee thing comes up and becomes an inconvenience to us all you might be too late so join Logic in speaking up about where this nation is headed and think about my article and look into other freedoms we have already lost because Logic is sure there are other freedoms that we have already given up.

We would not have alcohol or guns if it were not for big money and their lobbyists in our opinion, so the time is now to begin speaking up for our remaining freedoms.

Logic loves America
There is a lot right with America our great country it was just really important to share how Logic feels about a couple of topics that are early warning signs to a country gaining a communist type of lifestyle or police state and important enough that I would step away from my work to share how I feel. Sorry if any (not really) of the bad words offend anyone but I promise you will get over it so give it a try sometime.

I am in no way saying to be rude or say hateful things, it is not in my nature, I am just writing this important article to let people know how I feel and share that when you stand up, speak the truth, you as well are going to feel a lot better about yourself.

“This is truly going to be amazing” says Huell Howser, so if you do not know who these two celebrities are then please take a minute to read their bio’s as we have included them here for you.

The exposing article was written on April 25th 2008 when Logic was trying to figure out what we would blog about and striving to build a personality for me Logic at least for online purposes because these two are both based in California Huell Howser out of the KCET television headquarters in Los Angeles and Adam Carolla out of CBS-Radio in Los Angeles a few miles apart from one another, these guys both make their livings doing two of the most completely opposite ends of the entertainment industry.

I think the photos also show the size comparison of our level of celebrity being that Logic is the smallest, least well known today (minus my blue hair because I am cheating on my size) but my mission in life is to truly change that and to do it in part right here on the Logic Talk Blog.

First off let Logic explain that myself and Viper Logic like both of these personalities a lot in fact although Adam does not believe there are people that do not go to movies or watch those ridiculous T.V. shows like American Idol, Dancing with the Stars or even CSI, well my friend there is, it is Logic who watches History, Discover, Nova, CNBC and of course California’s Gold or the old Huell Howser shows on Video Log only and in the mornings starting around 6:00 AM the office listens to the Adam Carolla show so if Adam were to crawl out of his Lamborghini Gallardo once in the while he would know these people exist. LOL. 

These two celebrities share a common interest with Logic
Welcome to Palm Springs, California home to Logic and the weather reporting here Palm Springs Weather and second home to Huell who is around town often and the most talked about location and place to visit by Adam on his radio show, so Logic now feels a special bond because we all three share a mutual love for Palm Springs even though Logic has only meet Huell once at the World Famous Melvyn’s Restaurant at the Ingleside Inn here Palm Springs Famous Restaurant

Logic has not met Adam Carolla yet
Celebrities even the easy to access are not really a Logical thing for Logic because I do not watch most TV or as KCET puts it Logic is more into the stars in the sky then the stars on TV.

What is in Adam and Huell’s future?
Looking at the future realizing that Adam Carolla picks fun at Huell almost daily while Huell would never do that, or would he? The two of them would make a really funny pair on the radio or the television show because Huell almost faints when a little girl he was interviewing and Huell when asked her a question about something she said “it sucks” where Adam asks you if he can “see your junk” but like I conveyed earlier they are from two different worlds and each make up a part of the online Logic.

We really notice reading trade journals and the likes how some businesses survive and even grow at a faster rate during a downturn in the economy and that lead us to write this article because even for us at Viper Logic with 15 years of working towards bringing the right new products and services to market at the right time also known as the “Perfect Storm”.

U.S. Employment forecast for 2010

Logic with help has a forecast on the Global Economy
The current rates are posted here by the United States Bureau of Statistics Current US unemployment rates however this article is focused on the Logic Prediction for the second half of 2010’s unemployment rates.

Logic believes that if the American consumer begins a trend that has been absent since the late 60’s and early 70’s that our prediction of the employment of America can be a scenario (written below) that plays out sending America into unemployment percentages not seen since the one in 1929 that lasted through the early 1940’s which was the Great Depression when the unemployment rate was 23.6%.

Employment percentages explained
We have been enjoying the economy as watchers and investors since 1983 and we have never needed to report about something like record unemployment that we will do today because if our scenario is even close to on the target we are predicting the government will not have the resources to help each American through these times in the form of a bailout like they have been doing for the banking industry and now the residential real estate industry.

We look at the current unemployment for June 2008 which nationwide sits at 5.5% but as a number it means nothing to us that have jobs so we pay little attention to the number subconsciously we just say “well the number is low and I have my job so it does not effect me and usually no one I know” so we go on about our lives.

What is not in the current unemployment rate is the drop offs those where the benefits run out and those that are under retirement age and capable of working but elect not to or just give up on trying to find work or are unwilling to take a job of lessor skill requirements and pay and in addition to derive at our 15% reality figure we add a little for those subsidised by employment payouts, early retirement and government subsidized persons.

We believe that if we add a realistic 15% to the current number regardless of the current percentage we are safe to say that the current unemployment rate is 20.5% and Viper Logic is located in California where the current June 2008 unemployment rate is 6.9% making the actual state number utilizing our formula is 21.9%.

Possible Unemployment Scenario
The month is around June of of the year 2010 and with fuel prices anywhere above 100.00 dollars a barrel will assure fuel prices at the pump above 4.00 dollars and food, electric and service industry pricing are still rising causing the average American to reduce spending on extras even further to maintain some level of quality of life. The global producers of everything Americans buy (because we no longer produce products in America) are having mass layoffs riots in their streets effecting the entire global employment food chain.

Reported unemployment has been inching forward since the second half of 2008 each month as the largest employment sectors being areas where people are employed to sell all things from clothing, real estate, automotive, coffee, office products, pet supplies, food and anything we can imagine are adding to the monthly unemployment rate at alarming numbers bringing us to the new unemployment rate below.

Small business bankruptcy filing have been increasing since the first quarter of 2008 adding even more pressure to the unemployment figures as well as the major chain operators of fast food, coffee, clothing, sporting goods, Specialty good, electronics, restaurant and anything we can think of are filing for bankruptcy after a year or more of downsizing the number of locations and employees on a national scale pushing the reported unemployment rate to 25% we have a greater repeat in reported unemployment as the Great Depression.

Our Unemployment Prediction
Now we add the 15% reality number to the 25% reported unemployment number and the total US unemployment figures are 40% and before you call Logic a nut or a negative person we would like the opportunity to explain that this is how we see the unemployment playing out due mostly in our belief that Americans have come to the realization that the past 12 to 15 years of credit ease, money flow ease, plentiful opportunities, and the spending like we were all rich providing everything for a quick (short lived) feeling of good but all of those high end cars larger then we needed homes, Swiss watches and trips to places just to say we went there did nothing for their real quality of life and their savings and long-term retirement.

Americans begin saving more spending less
In our prediction of what will lead to the mass layoff in the area of sells will be that Americans are going to return to placing their emphasis more on savings and investing and less on consuming of course, this will be after the dust settles on the banking industry and the people payoff all of the debt they accumulated while the good life was rolling along.

Giving up on the spending and reducing the workforce required in the sells employment sectors is a really little price to pay if we are right and Americans begin focusing on their savings and retirement especially because we are living longer today then ever recorded before and this is in part one big driving factor in our prediction.
