This way when we write about our theory they could be trusted as factual. However this Blog allows us to share what we are researching in our society in regards to the amount of information we are all receiving in our lives everyday.

This is a fascinating theory
It will take a lot of explaining to describe the way we gather and then process information. We humans are overwhelmed with to much information and there appears to be a helplessness about ourselves, a feeling of never endless tasks to be completed.
In our theory there are two sides to how we each process and categorize the information placed in front of us each day.
So we must separate these two storage bins into there place and then focus on each ones place in this description of the Information Overload Syndrome.

One the entertainment side or time occupier allows us to escape with no real thought required, and the second requires application and efforts that most humans would rather avoid regardless of the ramifications to ones quality of life through advancement in education applied.
We feel that the second leads to a type of condition like a denial of sorts described as Information Overload. Knowing what is the right thing to do with our time and having total access to the information to accomplish anything, but distracting our time by focusing on the entertainment or pleasure side instead because it provides a temporary feeling of goodness.

What is Logic talking about today
It is the introduction to Information Overload Syndrome a type of disease that is hitting the world at least those connected to the world via our computers, MP3’s, Cellular Phones, and PDA’s to mention a few and this would mean most of us, because most of us are connected.
Of course we own the domain name for this syndrome InformationOverloadSyndrome.com.
We actually hope that someday someone will want to build this syndrome web site into a true and inspiring self gaining human motivator site.

Why this Identification
Long ago Logic and the Viper Logic team began to see a world evolving that put everything in front of us all right now and we began to become a nowisum society.
The younger adults born around 1980 and forward the alleged connected generation are actually not connected at all. They find it to much that they are always available via this connected world, and this generation appears to have had it easy from and economic stand point with money in the plenty and parents willing to give them anything they wanted or might have even kind of thought they needed.

Humans Connected
We all download something or another like movies, music, games, jokes, files, documents, educational information, e-books, pictures, and everything else we can imagine, and there it is, loads and loads of information for pleasure and for education.
Now we have access to all of this information from A to Z and everything in between. What good is it to have 5.00 dollars in your hand and be standing in say a high end department store. You can look but you cannot buy anything. This is what information can do to you. There it is all of that data waiting for us to do something with. Some of us organize it, catalog it, move it from one device to another device, share it one friend, co-worker or another.

What to do with to much information
Let us share what we observe with human behavior when it comes to having to much to choose from.
Lets say it is winter and you want to build a boat for summer and you start reading and understanding boats like there is no tomorrow. maybe you even started building the actual boat.
Then a few days or months into the boat building project you rec and email from a friend that shares his or her new, this or that they are working on and they show such enthusiasm ie passion about their project that you decide hey, I want to do this also so you begin on that as well.
Then winter turns towards summer and you want to go on a vacation.
So you begin the research about where and what you are going to do, except you rec a phone call from a travel agent or and online travel agency and they tell you if you want to go here or there and you act today on this opportunity you can save and unbelieveable amount of money and that is good because you have spent so much money on your boat project and starting a hobbie like your friends hobbie you wanted to do as well, so you jump on this low cost travel deal.

Starting your syndrome symptoms
Now you are also under pressure at work to complete a project deadline and your future rides in the balance on how well your portion of the team effort comes out so you hop on the Internet and off you go researching and downloading this and that compiling these figures and those statistics and you are beginning to balance a lot at one time.

Adding to the symptoms
You have two children and as summer nears so does there final jr high and high school exams that you are going to to just about have to do for yourself even though it is for them. By the way has anyone even noticed that the house is in disrepair? other then your wife who has made a list of things the house needs to stay up to pare with the neighbors. She has her list and you know that you are going to need to research on the Internet about how to fix this and that because you cannot afford to hire anyone to do this, you know the economy is in a downturn, you have boat project underway and that hobbie you wanted just like your friend and you already spent the money that little extra that may not have been extra after-all on buying your vacation, but you did save money of booking early.

Overload Syndrome hits right here right now
Almost there you see while you were juggling all of this your daughter during cheer class fell and broke her arm and not to worry you have insurance from work no doubt it is one of those 60/40 plans because you needed to save some money on the policy plan. Your daughters arm will get better do not worry however the bill came in and your cost was 50000.00 dollars a hell of a fall and therapy recovery cost but your daughter is clearly worth every penny right of course she is you now have to pay the 40 percent your share the insurance did not cover.
All of the above is a juggling act but god for bid should us humans make a sacrifice today for a more beneficial tomorrow I mean are you crazy because the neighbors and your co-workers want to see you in a new car or on a big vacation because this way you can show them how great you and the misses are doing in your life, and oh hey you work so hard and you are both so tired from your 8 hour work days that you deserve this and you earned that.

Welcome to Information Overload Syndrome
Some might call it stress. Stress is a figure of one own doing and is completly avoidable. From the outside it is stress but, this stress is mostly due to having to much information thrown at us from all angles without really even barely having to read it. Then there it is all of it the information highway that brings on information via your searching, exposure to media and those mystery emails in your In Box.

The History of Human Data Storage
We used to record television programs from rented movies to family events and we stored these at the time on VHS tapes. We hardily ever watched them yet, once the DVD came about we converted by recording our VHS tapes over to DVD’s all while still never watching them again.
See in the living areas of a humans home near the television you will see these large accumulation of stored VHS tapes and or DVD’s with yet more information on them. The human while watching television will also be staring at all of these stored information tapes or discs. We could not leave out those photo albums you know the ones we all have in our overloaded garage, basement, closet, or rafters.
This used to apply as well to the albums, 8 tracks, cassettes, and CD’s for music.
That these items above that was all we had in our lifes prior to the Internet. It was our life work within our homes and we could handle this amount of stored data pretty well.
This was prior to MP3 data storage devices for audio and now video recordings.

The Entertainment Side
For this pleasure side we see people filling their days with lots of time consuming entertainment which is fine for relaxing however it may be and escape from reality and it might be causing a hidden anxiety in our day to day lifes. It is difficult to face the realities of our real lives and going inside of a game, a song, a social network, or a movie can detour our thoughts about what we should be doing or facing in the real world.

The Educational Side
While it looks like as a society we are turning a corner of being a global all for one economy, we actually may not be at all.
People buy books read them and download a lot of e-books and online courses and they actually complete these courses, but what seems to be more popular then ever while interviewing friends and family is that there is a real lack of applying these skills once they are gained. We clearly see this prevalently in college students and it is truly puzzling to why you would spend the usual four years in college or greater only to graduate then take a job that never utilizes these skills that were learned.
Important Note
Please remember that colleges are a business. They have a slide through course system to allow you the student to go through with success so they can gain their income from your being a student (client) at their institution. There is always that very minority amount of students each year that utilize their college education and advance into a doctrine degree or continue though college to become specialized in a single field of expertise.

For these students with a real plan we congratulate you, because the world really needs you and little might you know that in this global economy today and foriegn students are taking a better advantage of these opportunities and it is no where else more apparent then in the real work world that these students in most cases are becoming the average college students bosses and leaders right here in America.

Our Educational System
While we admit that this slide through college gimic has gone on in our educational institutions for ever it is more common today then ever in time. There is to much emphasis on gaining a good education and these educational institutions do allow our young to explore and help our youth to decide what it is they want to be later in life, it is none the less a modern day baby sitter business (most expensive baby sitter you will ever pay for) for the masses of our young population and a way for moms and dads to keep their young within their reach.
Who decided that going from high school then to college was to become the norm. The best way to learn what you want to become to us is to take a job and advance yourself into becoming anything in life you would like to become. Anyone can do this and it is the best eduction a person can get not to mention a great source of learning the all to important team work training.

College helps you decide what to become
Yes Logic knows the argument that going to college allows our youth to discover what it is they want to become, however there is a lot of buzz around becoming this or that because a movie come out and the movie drives the young to thinking this is what I want to become. Ok fine you are inspired by a movie great, but do you truly have a passion about becoming this or that? Or could it be the movie paints the glamorous side of the equation? You could end up extremely let down and disappointed about the carrier you thought was going to be so exciting because the movie was not reality. Just a few thoughts on the subject.

Occupy or Apply
Here comes the hard core facts that crate this Information Overload Syndrome.
Logic wants to share that information is at our fingertips today like no other time in history. In fact all of history is as well right at our finger tips as well. There are over 100 million blogs like this one and over 150 million web sites with information and links to information for us to either seek pleasure or education. More importantly is that this information in front of us all allows us to either occupy or apply.
The issue that is in front of us is the overwhelming amount of directions one can take. Logic would say what a great world our young have today as the access to information lies right there in front of them, however this information is there for us all not just the quote connected generation.

Example of entertainment occupying
Some people read a lot of books, watch a lot of movies, play a lot of games, and even join a social network and work on your friends and profile hour after hour and sure enjoyment. No doubt the world really today runs on entertainment and in fact we see people and how they actually idolize these movie actors, actresses, singers, and athletes. Wow the world spends a lot of time and a lot of money doing this everyday and this can truly when it is all said and done get us a person absolutely nowhere in our own lives.

Example of a carrier occupying:
So you want to know about welding, you read every book on the planet about welding from sky scraper welding to under water welding you take a full course in college about the molecular structure of metals in fact you even become a metallurgist, but if you do not weld for a carrier then why did you go through all of this to be some paper pusher in and office high-rise?
You did this to occupy your time. Time is all we have and while this welding venture educated you in metals and connections in metal it was a total waste of your most valuable asset, your time.

Example of business applying:
We at Viper Logic will work well for this one of course.
Here are three areas of what we do with the educational information set in front of us.
We are a software engineering and development company so we build solutions for current and future challenges everyday. We needed to get our web sites to a place on the Internet where you can find the information we offer so we took a course in SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing) so we could apply this to our business.
We do this for learning and then applying these same skills in utilizing the latest software and hardware tools for our business as well. A new stable software comes out on the market and Viper Logic takes a full course in that software and then applies it to the business right away. We do this for computer hardware as well.

Example of hobby applying:
We wanted to learn how to be lock smiths so we bought the tools took the lessens and then applied them to one of each lock produced in the world today. We worked at each lock that we bought and got it picked.
Next we wanted to learn watch repair and off we went buying every tool on the planet for every watch then offered to fix watches for our friends and family and we today continue to repair watches and in fact we have even built a few watches from scratch.

Applying is a great release from overload
You can see from the three examples that we went through some really tough courses on advancing our business and we applied these educational courses right away. We even took this a step further and applied this to our hobbies which of course are profitable to us as well.

You can say, well I am not into money
I will of course reply with a humble Bullshit. You need money I need money or rather money needs us all. To do anything money is required and without it you are not going to be able to watch your favorite movie, music, or sports star.
What really sets us off is that in all of our conversations, a sort of casual interview process with people, friends, students, and family is that we are utterly amazed at the number of people who live somewhere they do not want to be, work somewhere they do not want to work, or they are in relationships they do not want to be in. Money is the single largest driving force in achieveing or correcting these three reality issues in all of our lifes.

Making Choices
All of this leads us to want to escape from one or all three of these realities and most of us will run to the Internet for that escape. This where you have a choice to make.
A Do I go to the Entertainment, pleasure side?
B Do I go to the Educational, advancement side?
The choice we make here will either, leave you gaining a little satisfaction while still being unhappy. or set us on a path to regaining our lifes and our financial freedom.
This syndrome has a cure, it is money and financial freedom not just setting around buying an occasional lottery ticket thinking you are going to win your way out of this predicament. Effort and passion about doing and being the best at what you do is the best and safest way out of Information Overload Syndrome.

Commitment and Focus
Look and no one knows this better then Logic, learning something new is not easy and if you are learning something that you are not passionate about then you are not going to have fun, nor are you going successful depriving ourselves the financial freedom required to enable us to correct one or all three of those issues that are making us all so miserable.

Our local bus service provider for the Coachella Valley Sunline Transit Agency and their SunBus nickname released and entire fleet of these hydrogen buses that while we had some of them running for a few years now are completely hydrogen. These newer models of the buses are quieter and they are really clean and cool looking.

Hydrogen versus Electric Vehicles
Unlike those electric cars that still require fossil fuel to provide the electricity and the battery manufacturing process these buses that run by our Operations Center at Viper Logic each day allow us as on lookers to truly enjoy their presence. What has the Internet become
Logic really has to go off about the topic of AdSense. PPC (Pay Per Click) and finally AdWords types of advertising profit sharing models.
Ads that are Pay Per Click is where you agree with one of the three or so major search engines to place there ads that are relevant to you web site, blog, social network, or forum then when one of your sites visitors clicks on that ad you receive a portion of the money from that ad that the advertiser has agreed to pay for and the advertiser has bid a price they are willing to pay for that advertisement click.

Looking back just 15 to 18 years ago
See being from the world of computers when you once upon a time turned on the machine and you viewed the CPrompt is today the equivalent of being and auto mechanic opening the hood of a car and seeing what you could and would do next.

Also being a nerd has analytics advantages as well. You are trained as a true software development engineer to take a technical look into how things work, then help be a part of what and how things are created.

Logic belongs to a lot of webmaster forums, to stay in touch with what is being talked about.
During one recent morning of enjoying those repetitive questions on a few of the forums Logic realized that people came to these forums and without looking around the forum for and answer to a question, these webmasters would just post the same question again and again. I then realized that what goes on in these industry forums is a lot of posting and yes there are some answers in fact the same people answer the same questions over and over again with the exception of a few that provide the one asking the question a link to a place already on the forum with answers that are thoural and complete.

Questions that are common for webmaster forum examples are:
I need a domain name is it better to have a .com or will anything do?
I built a blog or web site and now what do I need to do for people to visit the site?
Where can I find FREE hosting for my site?
I own a domain name and I want to know how much it is worth?

Ad Revenue Is Not A Product
Ok I could go on all day about these repetitive questions we read day in and day out on these forums however there is something else going on and it is bigger then all of the other questions except few to no one is asking this question.
Here is a classic example of what is going on that is mission critical to the very survival of the Internet as we know of it today.

Example, and Logic has thousands of them on this subject of web sites, blogs, social networks, and forums.
The build a site that has a lot of content on the subject that the site is based on and then sign up for those paid sponsored ads that are on almost every site we visit and calling these sites a business is retarded.
So lets say that you make a thousand (1000.00) dollars per month from this site and this number is being generous beyond any true dream because the numbers are more like 2 to 3 dollars at best per day and that our friends is around 75.00 dollars per month.

What it takes to make an income
Now lets look at the time which by the way is money, involved in doing this project.
Today you can get a blog for free and it includes the hosting (Logic is using a paid and built blog and paid hosting in-house) so you have no out of pocket expense true, but you do have expenses.
To run a blog you are going to need to write topics and manage it on a daily basis.

How much is my time worth
So lets determine what you are worth as a human on the job market.
Lets say you got off of your lazy ass and went out, got a job that pays 8.50 dollars per hour. The 8.50 per hour you are getting is what you are worth so lets share here for a moment that you run a blog.

What to do when wanting 10,000 daily reader/visitors
To properly run a site you will need readers/visitors and members.
Lets say that you want 10,000 readers/visitors a day visiting your site.
You now have a site that will bring you one or two hundred dollars per month if that because everyone is not going to click on those ads in fact Logic would venture to say that the ad clicking is becomings invisible to the Internet surfers because that they are on every site you visit (almost but not here at Viper Logic).

However the only way you are going to get this many reader/visitors is to perform several time consuming tasks and here are those tasks.
1 Take a course in Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing. 500 to 1000 hours depends on your devotion and grasping the course. You will need to stay on top of this so each month there are updates and reviews as the Internet is ever changing. Also there are fees to become and gain this knowledge. So lets use 500.00 one time fee and a 150.00 annual updates fee.
Applying the SEO and SEM skills will mostly be free however there are fees to be listed in some of the more important places that you will need to get started on your way to getting 10,000 reader/visitors per day.
2 You should buy a domain name and hosting package to be on your own for maximum performance and results 10.00 domain annual fee, and 25.00 dollars hosting per month.
3 Writing good on topic content (stories) for your blog one to two times daily. About 2000 to 3000 words per day will take around 4 to 5 hours.
4 Sign up for advertising campaign by going to any of the three top search engines they all offer this service. Takes 10 to 15 minutes and then await approval.

Ok lets go over the time is money you are spending here to be in the ad site business.
We know you are worth 8.50 per hour so go ahead and add up your up front expenses and then add up your hours and then do a little math. At this point you can do the math for yourself, and hey you really should get used to doing it for yourself because your sites will not bring in enough so you are not going to be able to hire anyone with the little income you will be receiving from your sites.

More is not better
I know what you might say here, wow what a burnout Logic is because I have the answer.
I will build 10 or 20 sites and will make 10 to 20 times that amount of money. Do not bother because you will need to do your effort applying times that 10 to 20 sites and you are still not gaining ground and besides how on earth are you going to maintain 10,000 reader/visitors per site per day?

The Internet is not ending
Ok this is not a story about the end of the Internet, it is not my place to think that way, but it is my duty to inform you that building a pretty site then placing ads was not and is not a business. Yes there are a few but you need to truly understand that there are nearly 150 million web sites and 100 million blogs and god only knows how many forums and social networks on the Internet today.
You can see that your odds are slim to none of being one of these popular sites you and I read about from time to time.

Here is a business example that will work.
Effort Required Here
Go out become like we are, low-level software development engineers and create a product or service like our ViperGate.com or ViperMailer.com then apply all of those techniques above to the web site including a blog and a couple of forums just like Logic loves writing on each day. Now you have a true business model. You have a product that is to help others.

Warning about Internet SCAMS
Do it our way and you will also not be involved in what might become known as the greatest pyramid scheme in the history of man kind.
That is being in the advertising business with your own sites and making, sharing in profits like all of the sites we visit are doing. There are so many people doing this that it could possible be diluting the Online Advertising Industry. This is in our opinion for now anyways.
What you will notice doing extensive research into companies that sell true products and services is that these companies do not place PPC advertisements on their sites for several reasons.
The PPC advertisements are going to offer relivent advertisements to the subject matter of your site. If you think that you can just do this and do that and they (the reader/visitor) will come you are wrong, there is no get rich over night business models and the Internet is no different then the schemes from all of our pasts. 

Coachella Valley will not be affected by a downturn in the Real Estate Market

Logic wanders around talking yes but listening even better while living in the Coachella Valley in California. Palm Springs real estate is the largest topic of discussion because real estate is most people largest investment. We question this investment a lot because it is your home you have to live somewhere and the cost to keep these “Quote Investments” up continually.

The title for this story
It is a summary of the title of the business section of the Coachella Valley newspaper The Desert Sun from 2007. We do not remember the exact woirding so we are not quoting it but this is close to the raw raw wording they used when the market was first reporting in 2007 about a slowdown in the real estate market. Remember papers used to be in the business of selling papers but our opinion is with newspaper subscriptions falling ever year nationwide that they have to write stories that not sale papers though it helps but rather to write stories that are good for their advertisers and in the Coachella Valley there appears to us to be two major types of advertisers, Real Estate and Auto Dealers more the Restaurants and other Services.

Economic fundamentals
We have never heard more self justification for why someone owns their house and calls it an investment. If you own two homes then you do have an investment and the true value in that second home is the ability to rent it out. This is because renting the house out is the only true way you are actually going to make money in the global economy. The housing market has really ended when we see over 800,000+ condominiums available in inventory nationwide, and more coming on line this year because of early planning and funding that was awarded prior to the Real Estate Industry went bust.
CNBC this morning reported that there is over 11 months of homes on the market nationwide the highest number in history. This might explain why we are seeing so many home builders selling off vacant land and on started projects being stopped after they just started development nationwide.

Real Estate Industry and Agents Defined
Listen the real estate industry, it’s a great industry and in fact real estate is. They, the industry experts claim that real estate is one of the best investments you can make. Here is what we are going to share about the real estate industry and real estate agents in Palm Springs and the surrounding nine cities that make up this Coachella Valley.
This is because Logic and Catnip live here and have first hand knowledge about the business of real estate in the Coachella Valley.

What did we buy as and investment
Ok we all need a place to live and some people in fact a lot of people bought what are called the “McMansion” house a want to be millionaires
(non-Real Estate area of personal homes the place you call primary residents would not qualify you as a millionaire) bought into this 5000 to 8000 square foot home craze that exploded in California during this last 12 to 15 year real estate market boom.
Real Estate agents would often tell us that the market is going up and (they are still saying this today) you are a fool to not be buying the homes on the market they would say to us and others. In fact these very real estate agents were the very persons buying a house that came on the market then add a coat of paint, put in All New Appliances and call it updated and sell it for a whole lot more then the 4 or push it 5000.00 dollars in efforts and sell it to a flipper as well or believe it our not sell it to yet another real estate again that believed the very hype they were pitching to unsuspecting or greedy 2nd 3rd or more home buyers. You know some players in the real estate business made out good to great. If they got in then got out prior to 2006 they made it money and they kept it, but you will have a really hard time finding anyone that sold and stayed out of the real estate investment game. The greed was to much for most to handle and real estate selling became for years in the Coachella Valley the number one or two industry.

How is Real Estate today
Logic is not going to tell you that things are looking great and there is no need to tell you how bad the real estate market is either. What Logic will share is and economic forecast a prediction of where the housing market is going where it will recover and what will cause real estate to likely never see the gains that see saw for most of the 1990’s to the mid 2000’s.

How did the housing market get so out of control
Lets look at the fact that real estate enjoyed a 15 year plus boom.
People were feeling great, lots of people bought a better home then the one they had, first time buyers got into a house through the credit market easing and hype drove all of the house buyers into a belief that it housing would always go up.

Housing prices rose, but my pay check did not
Here is what tells you in any market that this could not continue. Wages you know those checks you and us receive each week or two for working at our jobs because you see at work the reason you and us have jobs is because we are specialists in what we do. Specialists in our job not in real estate. Wages did not go up to match this real estate price increasing, prices rose because they were driven by hype and it was going up housing however it was being driven by agent buyers and agent resellers also there were the flippers you know there was even a television series named “Flip This House”.

Agent growth in the Real Estate Industry
To many people have a real estate license today and what happened was because you and us were busy doing our specialty jobs we listened to these people and their industry hype lessons about how great your neighbor is because they just bought a home in a new development and it has gone up 20+ percent this year and you would be a real looser if you do not move into that same development like your smart neighbors did just 6 months ago but for 80 to 100000.00 dollars more.
But you Mr home buyer with your secure manageable mortgage do not need to worry because even though your house was almost paid off or certainly the payments were manageable you can be qualified very easily we can get you and ARM (adjustable rate mortgage) and hey interest rates are low and in fact why worry your house will gain 20 percent plus maybe each year, so you can refinance and to cover these newer slightly larger payments. Oh yes and your taxes are going to be higher as well but again you know you will be making so much money on your house you will not have a thing to worry about.

Current Economic Prediction for Recovery
The news here is really bad for a few reasons.
First we think that a recent article in the Wall Street Journal about General motors prediction matches our economic indicators we use to best predict the economy as a whole. Not that we are always right but we did predict with a little bit of Real Estate insider help that the housing market would begin to see the collapse starting in March of 2007. Our prediction was explained to those that would listen in late 2005 and early 2006. It actually started 9 months earlier but the signs were written off by again real estate agents that this is a temporary low in the market but it will pass soon.
This is the most troublesome part of our Real Estate Industry forecast. It is the recovery time return around prediction. We see that General Motors See GM here General Motors says that they in and interview on CNBC and we are summarizing this and not quoting the company, which by the way Viper Logic likes General Motors a lot and we reference them because they are a great company.
They predict that the car and light truck sales in the USA will remain in tougher numbers around and industry total of 15 million units a year and not the 17 million they would like to see return to that they were prior to 2006 until 2012. Our take on this is close to our prediction of and economic recovery for the United States of 2010.
This recovery will be when the economy hits its low in housing prices falling and that when GM says it see all car and light duty truck sales returning in 2012 to the 17 million is that people will be beginning to see better days ahead in 2010 and may stay flat for and additional year then slightly begin to rise and in 2012 auto sales will start to rise first because we are all going to be gaining confidence in the economy that the worst for this cycle has passed.

We all can see higher gas prices that by the way are rightfully due to us the people who invested into the oil wells that are producing these insane profits and we think all people should just live with it because while your homes were rising in paper value unless you sold it we were eating the monthly costs of producing oil that you were enjoying low cost travel and out driving all over gods creation just to be traveling and driving. So it is our turn now to enjoy the wonderful profits in oil as well as the profitable computer software industry we are as well in.
We are all certainly paying more at the markets these days and with a resent price increase released of 6 to 8 percent by Kimberly Clark one of the largest producers of tissue paper, diapers and other essential house hold good Americans are running up their credit cards paying not for travel and driving around eating out and buying stuff just to be buying it but rather they are using these cards to pay for Gas yes (thank you all) and groceries.

Why is Logic blowing off about how great of a life the Viper Logic board is having, it is simple you have to understand that we must lead you to how we see the recovery and justify our prediction of a housing and economic recovery for the United States.

America selling houses is not an industry it is a business yes and a big very profitable business to say the least and hey we own land, buildings, homes, and other stuff like investments as well and we are not immune to the downturn but we are doing great because we have owned these holdings for 10, 15, and 30 years and we did not do any of those refinancing moves that looked like free money, it is not free money you are really borrowing it and using it without a doubt most of you anyways to fund your lifestyle. Why would we say this about your spending? Because if we are wrong then why is it that all of the sudden retail sales especially luxury retail, auto sales, home sales, and Las Vegas all down so sharply. Did you lose your job, NO because look at the worlds lowest unemployment rate America has.
We know that a lot of the money being spent was coming from real estate and mortgage and refinance employees and business owners in these field. Even banks were making money hand over fist and look at all of the bigger bank losses they have been reporting each quarter with figures in the 5, 10, 20 50, and 60 billion dollar range of looses or write downs, which by the way part of those write downs were probably over stated and will partially come back onto the books with some restated values.

One Real Estate Agent Broker agreed about the Real Estate Collapse Prediction
We could only get one real estate agent to agree Charley Stewart with Tarbell, Realtors Palm Springs to understand our findings and that we were right and after it was all said and done the truth began to pour out, and the papers began reporting that the housing market was beginning to strain around the beginning of 2007 and by March of 2007 the real estate agents were complaining that the housing buyers had really started to dry up. Again real estate agents continued and in some cases a year later now still believe that the housing market is nearing a recovery.

Defining a Real Estate Agent
If you are a real estate agent seller or broker you might not want to read this analogy of your carriers but it is important and do not take this personally but what we observe that most of you and all of the real estate agents some of you are our friends and we love you as a person but we truthfully have not to much respect for your work or the industry you are associated with. The protected world of the real estate agent is coming to and end with new ways and options for a person to select and negotiate the percentage points the real estate agent will receive.

No Investment and you are an Agent or Broker?
See the real estate agent had it real easy. If you were a car salesman and you took the simple course of a Real Estate Exam you just advanced in your carrier and the opportunity to make some of the largest commissions on the planet today. However the only deference between a car salesman and a real estate agent is this piece of free paper ok a small fee you can call this fee the investment a real estate agent makes into their business. Real estate agents are independent contractors and are not employed by the real estate offices they work out of.
We happen to think that if you can get it then by all means get it, and real estate agents did just that and like us in oil more power to you, however The Party is Over and here is why.

Being a responsible Real Estate Agent or Broker
While most agents and brokers in the real estate industry were making money like there was no tomorrow (tomorrow is here) few actually invested into being a greater real estate agent. In our opinion real estate agents and brokers should have been investing into the knowledge base requirements of being the most knowledgeable agent or broker you could be just like most all other career’s in a job at somewhere USA where these workers are experts in their fields you should have acquired a full understanding of the investment community and economics to better educate the clients.
Real estate agents and brokers do you know that most of those people your one time clients just like most car salesman you never see these same people again usually were buying the single biggest expense of their lives in most cases?
