Logic likes to write about what makes one product or service provider better then the others when each of them supply the exact or very similar products to businesses and the general public.

We each have our favorite supplier
Let’s assume that we each have a favorite office supply story whether it is for our personal uses or for the business we operate. Each operation is great, or they would not be so well known, so we are going to share our impression with each operator.

Have you ever switched suppliers?
Perhaps you are like Logic the author of this article and you were with one supplier had a bad supplier or found one closer to you because you like to go into the actual store itself instead of going online. Each big box store has a lot of location and is continually expanding and each equally has an online presence offering the same easy to find goods.

What causes us to choose our supplier?
Have you always visited a store or did you start out just buying online? This should not matter in the area of customer service, return policies or availability as to whether you shop online or go into one of these stores.

What does selecting a supplier all boil down to?
We feel it is all about customer service, this is where Logic had a bad experience with one office supply company and switched to one of the others after visiting both of the other options I had.

Today Logic is an avid buyer of Office Depot, mostly because we did not feel welcomed into or feel that OfficeMax was for Logic and the Viper Logic team and the bad experience that Logic had was at Staples as they were clearly looking at the sell of today and not at the future sells of the customer in my case. Logic is not crying over spelt milk but rather sharing an “It is just business, do not take it personally??? experience.

The year this change occurred 
Logic had been an avid buyer of Staples since 1993 under the name PE Logic Corp. and switched from Staples to Office Depot in 2000.

Nine years later Logic is yet to have a bad experience with Office Depot, wow nine years and very happy treated great offered more help from them then I can use stores and online service are equally important to Office Depot it shows.

What we discovered
All Office Depot stores we do visit are clean and well organized better then the other 2, so to us even though all things like offerings, locations, inventory all appear equal, generally those 3 issues are but where the differences to us show up is in customer service and store cleanliness and layout. One really important factor to Logic when (not buying online) visiting a store it is important to remember that time is money, spend it wisely.
