You are far from alone (or a loan approval LOL) anyways the economy is going to be down for sometime to come according to our numbers studied intense since 1983 our understanding this time is to have an economic recovery in 2012 with signs for the average person in 2014. Why the global economy is not near a bottom
We believe that there are three more areas besides the housing crash, credit crisis and stock market that has fallen flat and we see these three nearing the time this year to begin to go through their cycle before we begin a recovery.

What is yet to happen before an economic correction
Correction One
With Labor Day the final vacation ending and with the children going back to school these are yet two more areas that caused us to run off on a three day vacation in America then we had to get those carbon footprints most everyone produced the back to school cloths and supplies (though the clothes you allow them to buy were more like going to the beach clothes rather then dressing to be focused) put greater pressure on your wallet full of charge cards that just took two more hits for these two events running up your personal debt at insane interest rates nearing the tops of their limits.

In fact most credit card issuers are re-figuring your value or ability to re-pay and down sizing your credit card limits all of this with less then four months until Christmas where you will try to take the credit cards to and even higher level if there is any limit left which for most research shows there is little to no money remaining on those cards and getting more cards is not an option because the credit card companies themselves cannot get the money freed up to offer that to us anymore. Correction Two
We American’s have began in mass to buy less resulting in reducing our foreign monthly trade deficit even in the months our foreign oil prices were rising that will continue the already rising unemployment and factory shutdowns in places like China and India and that these countries said that the American economic downturn would not effect them in the beginning are rethinking their strategies as they are clearly effected by the worlds largest consumer base the American consumer. 

Correction Three
In these four remaining months election year or not unemployment is going to begin to rise despite the reported upswing in employment figures we are going to see large scale layoffs in the service, restaurant and retail sectors to levels never believed possible and here are three places Logic share these facts, figures and understanding these now will greatly explain why we are so avid about the recovery dates we predicted sometime ago.

Logic works in sales and clearly I am worried we see a rise in reduced consumer spending, available funds and rising gas, food and durable goods costs while working more and making less reducing all of our spending habits and abilities so if you and I begin saving our money spending only on what we need today (NEEDED ITEMS) we might have a better chance of making the distance of 2012 when the economy actually recovers.

We live aboard a very big wheel (economic engine) that is spinning very slowly and the effects of the past 12 to 15 years of great easy times will be coming back for payment a little at a time with little spikes of hope popping off of the wheel here and there only there are no fundamental reasons for a recovery until these three remaining economic indictors correct like our housing and credit have began to do so far.

This is healthy and necessary for there to be any value in the American way of live, we will survive this and hopefully we will return to some level of family as a unit working through this together a true positive for family values.
