Candy let’s a searcher and the search engines know that this site is about Candy and that the company is selling Bars as a specialty in the Candy category.

What the Search Engine sees
This type of domain name is what causes a search engine to place the domain name at the top of the search engine result return page when the visitor types in Candy and for sure when the visitor types in Candy Bars.

The search engines do not however so we use a lot of SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing) tactics to gain a place on the search engines for ViperMailer.com and one of those tactics is utilizing our web site Email Marketing Authority to gain a position for email marketing help and email marketing authority as they both rank high on your favorite search engine.
This way when someone is seeking help with email marketing they find our authority site.

Reading the news papers lately and watching CNBC the global financial news channel Logic sees that the economic recovery is going to take some time and if you are an investor then you know that the timing is coming nearer to buy into everything for less as we begin seeing lows around 2009 late to anytime in 2010, 2011, but then in 2012 if you are not in your investments Logic will say you clearly missed the bottom of most markets.

Here is how Logic looks at a recession
Do you make the same money today as you did a year or even two to three years ago? If you answered yes then you are headed into the personal world of stagflation. We as individuals do not need the government to tell us we are in tough times. Though after watching those economic indicators since 1983 even Logic realized the best indicators are right under each of our own roofs.
What one needs to review and be honest about is our own personal financial situation. Let even say that you are making a little more money today then you were 2 or even three years ago. Are you having to meet a larger quota to earn your pay? Are you working more hours per week then years ago?

What is Stagflation?
It is a slowing of the economy, and this occurs when there is no growth (look at your pay checks growth) yet the cost of everything from food, gas maintenance services, other services, health-care, and anything else you and I can think of rise. If you are spending more for the same items at the grocery store or more to fill up your gas tank then welcome to stagflation.

Stagflation will tighten every belt in the world
Stagflation is worst thing that can happen to an economy like America’s because we are primarily a consuming nation buying and consuming more today then ever in our history. This is because our country produces very little in the way of manufacturing and thus, stagflation is going to prevent us or require us to spend less on everything we want to go do like vacation or buy like a candy bar or an LCD flat panel television. Yes knowing and being and American myself Logic will still by that candy bar, but it might be the generic one instead of the exotic one. As for that new LCD TV it will be a 32 inch instead of a 50+ inch one.

Reduced Spending causes a rise in Unemployment
Looking above we are still spending, but buying more items on sale, and buying smaller versions of the items we do buy creates a limited growth for those manufacturers and for the sales outlets. These producers and sellers begin to reduce employment demand and across the nation and the world there becomes and even less demand for the current number of existing employees and in fact because of this deduced spending by us all as the masses there will be no employment growth. There will still be those people entering the work force for the first time at the same high rate each year.

Control your future financially starting today
This is not going to be a great time for those will for go say a vacation be it personal or as a family. You might even start packing a lunch or having only one dinner out a week to mention a few ways to gather enough money to join Logic and friends in the domain name investment world.

Domain Name Leasing? Is it time for this.

Are we all ready to begin leasing a Domain Name as a viable option to buying the domain name out right?
Or worse creating a domain name that is going to cost you a fortune to promote because it has no meaning to what the web site, blog, or social network is about?

Looking back in time would be the way Logic looks into the world of leasing a similar type of customer gateway product, that works just like a Domain Name, but was really much more popular before the Internet came along.

Toll Free phone numbers were early .com Domain Names
It was those 800 toll free telephone numbers. Today of course even the toll free numbers have other beginnings just like domain names have other extensions besides the .com ending. Toll Free number beginnings while they work just as well as 800 numbers those 888, 877, and 866 toll free numbers. The 800 beginning would be the TLD Top Level Domain of phone numbers.
Now of course the 800 number if it is used to spell something is far easier to have people remember them.
Example:
1-888-GO-DEPOT which is for Office Depot. They might own the name but Logic would lay you odds that someone bought the 800-GO-DEPOT and wanted to lease it to them. Leasing good rememberable 800 numbers is a common practice.
That was more so before the Internet and even long after that until these company web sites became user friendly and when customers began to trust using their credit cards over the Internet.

Times Change
Today of course Toll Free phone numbers do not play the roll they did with the Internet taking over as well even today a mass amount of customers use phone over Internet connections making free phone calls.

What will become of Domain Names
We at Viper Logic and the web site we have for holding our future requirements for domain names ViperNames.com do not believe that domain names will loose their value in relationship to their predecessors the toll free phone number.
So lets get into Domain Name Leasing and look at the pros and cons of leasing. There is a lot to discuss here and Logic is just hoping that others who read this story will have some thoughts on the leasing subject.

We searched high and low for leasing agents
In an indepth search of the Internet looking for companies that offer to be the lease operator and in fact we found several domain name leasing companies where you can list your domian. People looking to lease one of the names on these service web sites can inquire to begin the process. The leasing domain name business is really pretty new and most people just buy the names they want from the owner.

There are a lot of concerns about being the one leasing the domain name, as well there is equally concerning issues about being the domain name owner that wil be leasing the name out.

Lets take a look at being the one that is leasing the domain name first.
Ok lets say that Logic wants to lease the name EmailMarketing.com and it is available to us, or the owner agreed to lease the name to us. Now there is clearly going to be a lot of contract work to protect both sides in these deals. So lets go over some of the things Logic needs to be concerned with as the one leasing the name.
What to know as the one leasing a domain name
There is of course the obvious things like price and how long Logic can lease the name for.
There are other things to be watching out for like not allowing the owner to place any content on the domain name, or to sale the name to another owner during the contract.
Is the lease going to have an option to buy the name at the end of the lease or is the lease going to end and leave all of your efforts high and dry. Lets say you leased the name for 5 years and now everyone knows to type in EmailMarketing.com to get to your site. What do you do? You really need to think these types of things out.
Next you need to be sure that the domain name owner has at least paid up the annual renewal fee for the domian name through the contract ending date to prevent the possibility that the owner forgets to pay this fee each year and the name gets dropped and is lost to a new owner.
You are going to end up trapped with this domain name owner, but in business it is normal to have reliance partners and if you go this route then be sure to keep and open relationship.

What to know as the domian name owner and name leasing
Ok there is more for the owner of the domain name to be concerned about then the one leasing the name.
The first thing that comes to mind and this is a real important topic to be sure the the company leasing your name does not destroy the domain names reputation.
It is the content of the web site and what type of company is leasing the name, and what they are going to use the name for.
This is an area where lets say you have owned the domain name EmailMarketing.com not using it for any web sites. This means that the domain name is clean, having no history of being a spammer domain (a spammer domian name is when the name is used in conjunction with sending large amounts of emails that were unsolicited) or the site was loaded with hundreds of links or advertisements that search engines may frown on.
The search engines could have the domain name black listed, and yes you can reverse these decisions but you have to work at getting this done and it is going to take some amount of time.
So the last thing you are going to want to have happen to your clean profiled domain name is to have it destroyed by its being used for ill gotten gains type of web sites.

Good news for both sides
These relationships can be great for a company that wants to be at the top of their category when a person does a search for these keyword domain names, and if you own a great domain name but you do not have time to build it yourself into something useful and profitable then this can be a true win win relationship.

Domain Name Note:
Unlike those 800 toll free phone numbers where you could have bought say 800-GO-DEPOT legally because it the phone number is just that a bunch of numbers. With Domain Names it is a lot different because you cannot legally buy a name that is the brand of a company like OfficeDepot.com because they more then likely have the rights to take the name away from you.

Part 4 Internet Domain Names, Launch to Riches?

Like any industry that has been around for a lot of years, time allows that industry to create advancements and features.
No where, not in any industry before the Computer Software, Hardware and Internet has an industry moved at such a fast speed. Anyone with a computer and an Internet connection can be free (remember time is money) to develop a new computer software, hardware, web site, or a blog.

A person can do this from anywhere in the world even Viper Logic does it today from Palm Springs, California, where prior to the Internet we were located in the Tech Coast (Irvine Spectrum) or others would have had to be located in the Silicon Valley for example.

Answer is the page or pages you and ViperMailer.com create on the topic of email marketing would get your keywords for email marketing to the top of all of the search engines at a fixed monthly price and not a PPC (Pay Per Click) campaign.
D You can list your name without building anything for it for the Internet on those domain name seller sites and sale it for more then you paid for it.
